Year : 2020 – on going
Location: Monza (Milan area, Italy)
Total Area: 1.240 sqm
No.s apartaments: 8
The new residential project is located in via Baracca, near the pedestrian entrance to the Royal Park of Monza, the largest enclosed park in Europe.
The new construction consists of 4 floors above ground, plus an underground floor for garage and technical/storage rooms.
The entrance on the ground floor is characterized by a large double-height space, totally glazed, directly related to the public street, without impediments or interruptions, in order to demarcate a semi-private space of free use and to confirm the identity of a transaction area.
On the ground floor of the new building there are two apartments with a private garden such as to allow the expansion of the “open” spaces of the residences, guaranteeing both a planted green space and a porticoed space in projection of the terraces above. The apartments on the upper floors are characterized by large balconies that can be defined as real "panoramic terraces" given the "visual continuity" towards the course of the Lambro river, the Royal Park of Monza, the sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, and finally the city center.
