A new intervention lot within the implementation plan of Pozzo d’Adda, in via Unità d’Italia. With this 8th lot, the intention was to propose a new look for the two residential buildings, with 14 apartments each. Externally, the aesthetics of the building is aimed at emphasizing the shapes of the country villa, equipped with recognizable traditional elements, including the pitched roof and the orderly and classic elevations with ashlar effect, where the balconies of the apartments take places. Then, elements of modernity were introduced, such as the glass parapets of the balconies and the two glass-façades that emphasize the common staircase as vertical cuts on the north elevation.
The apartments are of various sizes and all have large open spaces, from the private gardens of the apartments on the ground floor (from 300 to 600 square meters), to the balconies of the first and second floors, to the large terraces of the attic floor.
