BIM

PEOPLE, FOR US, ARE ALWAYS THE FOCUS

In every project, our focus is based on the needs and dreams of the final users:
they will live in our project and in the spaces we created.
We decided to adopt the BIM technology because allows the integration of all the
construction phases of a work, from design stage to construction and maintenance.
BIM connects people, data and workflows of every project in real time.
In this way all the professionals involved can have a clear and complete picture and
can provide its own contribution in a easier and immediate collaboration of experiences
and methods.

We are certified SGBIM E ISO 9001!

In April 2018 we obtained the certification for the BIM Management System according to UNI/pdr 74:2019, for the architectural design activity, and in 2024 we also obtained the certification for the Quality Management System ISO 9001 for architectural design and construction management.

BIM FOR CLIENTS:

VISUALIZE TO COORDINATE

In the last few years we changed our approach to the project, we decided finally to adopt the BIM because it helped us to increase the fluidity among the designers, integrating in a single model the useful and necessary information in every phase of the planning:

From architectural to structural, MEP, energy efficiency and management.

BIM helps clients to collaborate and share ideas, design choices, reducing time and costs in case of variations of the project.

Moreover, thanks to a single reference model, it’s possible to clearly identify conflicts and interferences, in the early design stage, avoiding modifications in progress with the consequent increase in costs.

Due to the immediate sharing of information, the collaboration is also possible with both builders and final users at the same time.

BIM FOR CLIENTS

BIM FOR BUILDERS:

VISUALIZE TO REALIZE

The BIM method is useful for builders to manage the complexity of the realization of the structural and architectural work.

Thanks to our well organized managment, it is possible to standardize the workflow and at the same time easily manage the various problems that may arise.

As for safety, it is also possible to share checklists and observations concerning the area of intervention with all the professionals involved, thus limiting uncertainties.

The BIM is also used to monitor the work schedule paying attention to the interactions between the various professional workers.

Infact, thanks to the 4D visualization, it is possible to check the installation sequences of the components, the planning of the workings, the buildability reviews and to view the status progress report (Gantt model).

The BIM provides manufacturers with a clear view of what will be built and allows the sharing of information in an immediate way, from the architectural site to the study of design and vice versa.

BIM FOR BUILDERS

BIM FOR FINAL USER:

VISUALIZE TO DREAM

Our experience in the field helps customers from the early stages planning to imagine the final result, because often the various professional figures, from the designer to the client, speak a very technical language, which often generates confusion and misunderstandings to those who are not experts in the field.

Thanks to the BIM methodology our designers are able to gather all the information in a single frame and represent it in a clearer and more complete way.

In this way the final users will be able to have a more complete awareness and a more precise idea to face their choices.

Our clients can therefore be more sure of the result, having already the idea of what they are buying and the quality of the  product with fewer visits to the site and last minute rethinking.

BIM FOR CUSTOMERS

BIM FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS:

VISUALIZE TO MANAGE

The BIM methodology helps  property managers  to handle all the information.

Through a dedicated database it is possible to organize and classify all the information of the property and then use this information to make the periodic checks, quickly and efficently.

The data can be updated continuously as a result of changes made or detected.

Using BIM, data management is organized by identifying the key points around which to set up the information in a gathering system.
